The grapes were sourced from Angiolina Farm in Rattlesnake Hills AVA. We aged the wine for 18 months in 33% new French Oak.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of bright raspberry, cherry and a slight smokiness, with a light and fruity palate pleasing drinkability.
Food Pairings
Bangers and Mash. Lamb stew with potatoes, parsnips, and carrots. Vindaloo beef curry.
