2021 Riesling, Willamette Valley (Estate)
Our Estate Riesling was produced by allowing the fruit to soak on skins for roughly 4 hours before being destemmed and pressed. This is the first wine from our Estate Riesling vines. These vines were clippings from Muska Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills.
Tasting Notes
An off-dry Riesling with bright acidity and notes of melon, citrus and green apple.
Food Pairings
Seared salmon sushi. Crab sushi. Pork chops with roasted apple puree. Dan Dan Noodles.
