2022 Riesling, Willamette Valley (Estate)
Our Estate Riesling was produced by allowing the fruit to soak on skins for roughly 4 hours before being destemmed and pressed. This is the second wine from our Estate Riesling vines. These vines were clippings from Muska Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills.
Tasting Notes
An off-dry Riesling with bright acidity and notes of melon, citrus and green apple.
Food Pairings
Spicy Pasta Aglio Olio with Asiago. Chicken Chili with roasted hatch peppers. Apple cider brined pork loin. Shaved asparagus salad with parmesan and almonds.
